  • To itemise all parts and labour in the price charged for service rendered.

  • To retain all parts replaced for customer inspection.

  • To promote good will between the motorist and the automotive service industry.

  • To refrain from advertising which is false or misleading or likely to confuse or deceive you the customer.

  • In the event that we need to use a 2nd hand part we will get authorisation from you before using these parts on your vehicle and will explain the limit of any warranty to be given.

  • In the event of the possibility that cost of repairs on your vehicle will exceed the original estimated amount we promise to contact you before proceeding with further repairs.

  • We guarantee the effectiveness of repairs under normal operating conditions. All of our work carries a 12 month / 20,000km warranty on parts supplied & labour carried out, unless otherwise stated.
